Also important to consider is, putting customer data into public AI could breach non-disclosure agreements, contracts or privacy agreements.  

Verify all AI outputs: AI can give you any information you want, and the click of a button. However, AI is simply pulling information from three sources: internet access, third-party access and user generated information – all of which can be false or fabricated. Always make sure to verify information provided by AI through credited sources.
